Marketplace ministry is the biblical belief that our work is a calling, not just a job. God designed work as part of His original plan, and our workplaces are mission fields. This workshop explores how to integrate faith and work, live out Christ-centered leadership, and use your influence to advance God’s Kingdom in everyday life.
Group Facilitator: Jerry Lima
Conflict is inevitable in life—at home, at work, in friendships, and within the church. The question is not if men will face conflict, but how we will handle it. Biblical conflict resolution calls men to lead with maturity, self-control, and Christlike humility rather than pride, anger, or avoidance.
Group Facilitators: Chris Perry and David Purdy.
In this workshop, we’re calling men to embrace a new norm—one that shows up in the everyday moments of our lives. If a man takes his marching orders from the world, he will inevitably obey the desires of the flesh. But John 16:13 reminds us that those who belong to Jesus receive their direction from the Holy Spirit, who leads us into all truth. Following Jesus means grappling with this reality daily. In countless moments—private, ordinary, unseen—we make choices that reveal where our allegiance truly lies. Each decision becomes a declaration: Do I belong to God, or do I belong to this world? Psalm 119:9–16 shows us the path to purity, calling us to anchor our lives in God’s Word so that our steps, our thoughts, and our desires reflect the One we follow.
