Interim Co-Lead Pastor

Matthew Thornton

Matt has had a passion for serving the Lord since an early age. He and his wife Wendi felt a call toward full time ministry for many years. Matt has a Masters degree in Urban Ministry Leadership from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. Both Matt and Wendi have a passion for discipleship, evangelism, and equipping people to following God's calling on their life. Matt has many years of ministry experience, teaching, training, men's ministry, sports ministry, one to one discipleship, and others. They were married in 1998. Wendi is an RN and home schools their three children Hannah, Christian, and Isabelle. Matt enjoys, time with the family, exercising, fishing, Patriots games, and hanging out with friends.

Interim Co-Lead Pastor

James O'Neill

Jim became a Christian in 1989 and God began cultivating in him a heart for ministry. Jim has served in many areas of church ministry including Elder Board, Men's Ministry Leader, one on one discipleship, teaching Bible studies, outreach, evangelism, shepherding and sports.

His heart’s passion is to see the local church live out its purpose and vision by loving the Lord with all its heart, mind, soul and strength and reaching the community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Jim is working towards a Master’s Degree in Ministry Leadership. Jim married Sandy in 1980 and they are blessed with three children and eight grandchildren. Jim loves spending time with his family and enjoys New England Sports.

Student Ministries, James Sullivan

James was raised in a loving Christian home and from a young age was heavily influenced by music.

James accepted the Lord when he was 8 years old and wanted to use his gifts to serve the body of Christ. At 16 he began to play with the youth band at CCC, where he found a heart for worship and ministry. He also was in the first graduation class of the Reign Youth Intern Program in 2008 and continues to work with the youth at Rock and Rise708.

He graduated at the top of his class from CDIA Boston University with a certificate in film production. He is currently continuing his education at NELC for worship ministry.

James met his wife Shannen at youth group when he was 16 years old and married his high school sweetheart on May 11th, 2013.

James is excited to see God move in his life and to be used for the Kingdom of God.
